The Joys of Yoga shared in a class environment are special.
Looking for an engaging and inclusive yoga class? Look no further than my in-person yoga classes! My classes offer a blend of vinyasa and hatha flow and are suitable for yogis of all levels. With a focus on breath and movement, my classes promote mindfulness and physical wellbeing.

With my online classes, you can practice yoga & meditation of course from the comfort of your own home, without the need to go to a fancy studio. My approach is focused on helping you achieve both physical and mental wellness, so you can feel your best on and off the mat. We can use props in and around our house and I will send a playlist to play at the same time of our class too.

Aligning with yourself in a one-to-one yoga session with me, we will work together to create a practice that meets your individual needs and goals.
