Milton Keynes come and practice with me 

Welcome! I am a local yoga teacher in Milton Keynes and the surrounding Bucks area, offering Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes. My regular classes are held in Bradwell village and Wolverton.  I enjoy creating a safe and supportive environment where my students can explore and deepen their yoga practice with confidence.
